Support and Technical Control Engineer

LLC "Ukrspetsconsulting" is a company that develops and manufactures special-purpose products that bring our VICTORY closer.

Full cycle - everything from conducting research, developing the necessary documentation to manufacturing samples, conducting their testing and supporting operation.

We are looking for a person who likes to solve challenging problems and help others.

Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, updating of the Ubuntu OS and additional software;

Remote configuration and maintenance of network communication between product components;

Preparation for commissioning new equipment;

Testing special software and product components;

Technical support and consultation of end users of the company's products, and identifying their needs;

Processing user requests and recording them in a special system;

Participation in instructional and methodological classes for users;

Detection and elimination of malfunctions, analysis of their causes;

Requirements:

Knowledge of the Linux OS family at the configuration/administration level;

Experience with SQL databases;

Understanding of the principles of IP network operation, route tables, DHCP, NAT, VPN;

High communication skills;

Desirable:

Experience in configuring network equipment, practical experience with Mikrotik will be a plus;

Writing bash scripts;

Experience with docker;
